I can't seem to find a pattern..and yes, i need a pattern.

23.0 x 19.0 x 19.0 are the measurements..

Any ideas on where to find a pattern, or a place that sells slipcovers for this type of chair?

This is what the chair looks like

Don't know where you can get a pattern, but if you take that one apart, you could measure from it. Otherwise, just make a pattern out of newspaper. Lots of tape and trial and error, but it will work.

You cold also try making one with an old sheet. Just pin it where it needed, then use that for a pattern. If you weren't so far away I'd come over and do it for you in an afternoon!

Sorry still a bit far from Los Angeles. It's really not that hard. Try the sheet thing first. I've done them and just started with rough measurements then tweaked it where needed to fit.
