I would like some border help please

I made this Diappearing Hour Glass with the intention of adding a 5 inch gold border. After finishing the center I decided that the gold border would look kinda bland, so added a 1.5 inc red inner border. Which would look best now, gold border with green binding, no gold and just either green or gold binding on the red?

Such a pretty quilt. I love the red, gold, and green binding. So, so pretty.

Very pretty Christmas quilt! If you are attempting to get to a particular size, then certainly add the gold. If you are not concerned with size, you could easily just go with the green binding and call it good. But I do think the gold certainly adds to the quilt.

My thoughts exactly! Go for the size you want. It is pretty with the gold or without!

    ditto.

If you use the "manage attachments" button instead of the "insert image" button your pictures will only post once.
