I would like to make something rather quickly for a friend and stumped on ideas. Women are so easy to please, an embrodiery set of towels and they think you are talented. A person can whip up a table runner and they are in awe! What about a guy? stumped!

Guys like many of the same things; particularly if they are single. They have living space they like to make look homey as well (smile). Table runners always good.

Need more information. Does he live alone? Does he cook, or have some hobbie? How old a person is he?

Does he live alone? Maybe a tablecloth or runner that are Manly themed? What about something to hold something? Is he a hunter?? My bf was so impressed with his Aunt who sewed sheets together to make a "deer case" the body of the deer slid right in and kept it protected during transport... Or how about a case for computer, smartphone, book... :) Good luck!

Does he golf? I made ball rags for the guys at work. I embroidered a golfer on them. Put a grommet ring in the corner and tada - a smutz towel. Oh, I used a face cloth instead of a towel so it was smaller.

How about a neck cooler for running on those hot summer days?

I think the neck cooler idea is a good one. Maybe he could use a bag to carry his running shoes in or change of shoes.
How about a wall hanging of some type for his office. I've given wall hangings to men I know and they like hanging them up for people to see and ask about. That's what I've been told anyway.
