i have been using superior thread on my long arm since i bought it. and then before christmas
i ordered the 3 ply master piece superior from them for piecing and i really like that
thread also.

I also hand piece/hand quilt & use YLI 40w. Why do you like the 50w better and where did you find it?

The silver grey is colour no. 156 and the slightly darker one is 155.

The MasterPiece color # for silver grey is #156, Granite.

thanks, i might try it. i have lots of Essential thread spools and when they are gone, they are gone. i'm tired of the slubs I find on the thread when it messes up my machine or gets caught in the eye of my needle and shreds.
