    it's going to be gorgeous! but i totally understand! i have started a disappearing hourglass 1 in kingsize for my dd who is getting married july 18. i won't have it done in time, no matter what, but jenny doan didn't say,' here's a faster way to do this block, but it will still take a long time, and kingsize has a lot of blocks!' next quilt will be a bbq or a checker board, maybe the 10 minute block. yes, i really am that kind of nuts! lol
    you are going to feel so proud and warm when you are looking at it from under it ! i am a batik freak, and that is just the way i hope to do mine!

    This is going to be gorgeous when finished!! Take breaks along the way and plan on some amazing quilting in the white areas. You are going to be very pleased with the outcome.

    When it is lying on a bed, the middle of the quilt has a lot of color--mostly color, and little white. I think finished, lying flat on a bed, it will look different than on your design wall.

    It really is pretty. I'm not just saying that--it is.
