I have been shopping at Hancock's of Paducah for years now and have NEVER been disappointed by their customer service! This is a quality company. Occasionally they will run out of something that their website says they have, but you don't get charged for it - you just get the (minor) disappointment of it not showing up as part of their yellow-plastic-bag shipped order! (My heart jumps a little when I see a yellow plastic wrapped package in my mail box.) And their fabric is always high quality, in my experience.

I 'm glad you have had good experiences...
I have had mixed experiences with them. They aren't my "go to " online source. Too many times I have items "backordered" only to never recieve them. I could handle it if the fabrics that never arrived weren't the one I was designing around.. and now I have a "grouping" with no main fabric.. Very frustrating.

My favorite fabric store. Even my husband likes going in there and looking for the "right" piece - he won't help anywhere else. We can spend hours in there. Thankful it is only 65 miles away!!!

I love shopping Handcocks until their clearance fabric ran out when it was time for them to fulfill my order. Wasn't too happy about that. But they do have a nice big selection of fabrics. I LOVE ordering from equilter even more.

I like them. I always understand that clearance fabric may run out, but they do have some great deals.

I ordered from connecting threads, Joanns and Handcock and last from Marshall dry goods. They sent me wrong pannel and I called the company, talked to owner and 4 days later right pannel came in the mail with no request to return the other one. Just ordered from them again.
