I got lots of exercise making this block. My sewing machine is in 1 room and my iron is in another room 25 steps away. I really don't have any way to get the 2 together at the moment either.

My gosh - so far apart! I'd be ironing on a fold up table on my lap with a home made board sitting on it if I had to! No way I'd be up and down - although, chain piecing would be helpful! Another alternative would be one of those wooden/plastic Clover hand iron things - not the plug in kind, the one you put your finger on and rub the seam a little. Can't think what they're called but someone will correct me. I've used one of them on some pp blocks and it also works well although not quite as crisp.

I hated PPing until I put my mind to it and told myself that I had to learn it…….and now I do nothing but PPing..I love, love, love it……….
SilverLiningsOriginals have some beautiful patterns as does DesignersWorkshop. I ordered from DesignersWorkshop and the patterns were on freezer paper which I didn't think I would like……..OMG……...it was wonderful and I did use the little Clover iron with that and it worked wonderfully. Will definitely do another as I already have a PansyPattern waiting to be worked on.
