So many of you talk about hiding your fabric purchases from your DH. I show my husband all the fabrics I buy and he even goes with me to the annual quilt show! He loves to see me happy so he indulges my passion. I am SO blessed. Of course, I don't go crazy when buying fabric - mostly buy for each project.

How many of you DON'T have to hide your stash from your DH?

Me. I have a prince too. He loves it that I'm so happy with my quilting studio. He's a very supportive best friend.

I don't hide anything from my DH. He also enjoys going to quilt shows and never says a word if I am purchasing fabric for a quilt. I also do not collect fabric for the sake of collecting fabric. I have a small stash, but make up and use what I purchase.

Me too. Not only do I not have to hide it - he actually helps me pick it out!

I don't have to hide my stash from DH, and he does try to be supportive, but he doesn't always "get it".

However, he did say that if I can get rid of or use up half of my stash by Feb 2013 (I turn 30 then) that I can get a Nolting.. so, yea, I guess he really is a PRINCE

I don't hide mine either. He takes me to Lancaster twice a year just to buy fabric. When I come out of a store with a small bag he'll ask if that is all I bought. Now I don't know that he realizes how many $$$$'s are being spent but it's my money and he doesn't question what I spend.

No, I don't hide mine. My husband encourages me to get what I want.

No hiding for me either. Sometimes when he gets gift certificates he will ask me if I want it instead for a LQS. Just yesterday he was asking me if I wanted $100.00 one he was gonna be getting for a quilt shop. Gotta love him!!!
