swaps...

I have been thinking of doing a few swaps. I have lots of left over fabrics from projects I have done. What kind of experiences have other members had?? Any issues? I would like to do a swap with the 6 1/2" Go die since I have lots of them already cut...also...when doing a swap do you have them sent to a PO box at the post office...or to your home address.

I've done a few block swaps. It was such fun following the thread on the board and watching new blocks come up.
I have always received the number of blocks I was supposed to receive. Not all blocks have been perfect, but I don't care. My blocks are not perfect either. It's fun to see how different people interpret the theme of the swap. I get ideas I would have never thought of on my own!
I have the blocks sent to my home address. Only the swap host gets everyone's address and I have never felt uncomfortable with that.
Getting blocks from around the world is such fun.

Hi, How do u figure out which is the newest swap? They seem to be a mishmash. I cant tell when there is a new swap starting. Am I looking in the wrong spot? I would love to do a swap but never know when one is starting.
Is there a list to sign up on to be notified when they start? Can u tell I have not been here long.
