My DH and I went out to dinner tonight and after dinner he said do you want to go to Walmart? So off to WM we went. I was back looking at the fabric as always and I decided to go over and look at the sewing machines. Guess what they put the Disney embrodery machine on clearance and hubby said hey why don't you get that one. (I had been looking at them on line but I didn't tell him about that at all). So to make a long story short we bought the machine. It was on clearance for $250 which was way cheaper than the used ones on Ebay. I've been playing with it for the last 3 hours and I love it. I can't wait to get some different color thread and really start some projects.

I'm so so jealous of you just being able to go to Walmart on a whim!! I LOVE WM, as does my DH, and going there was such a thrill on our holiday in Maine last summer. DH and I went to NYC last week (our first time going anywhere alone together since DS was born 7 years ago) and I was researching the closest WM but it was too far away.

Lucky you with your embroidery machine. You were in the right place at the right time (and with the right man!!). Enjoy your new purchase. It'll be all the more enjoyable for being a bargain.

You'd better hold on to both the husband and machine. Can't wait to see your work.
