I don't get much chance to chat online here like I use to
I had hoped to post some photos tonight of my work on my embroidery machine, but I have been brewing a coughing cold and I'm wore out! I hope you all don't mind waiting just a little bit more! I will post some soon I promise. Right now my head feels as large as a watermelon, and I don't have a chest left. Hopefully I won't cause my poor little munchkin in my belly too much havoc from all the coughing I'm doing and all the shaking of my chest and belly.
I still have a bit of learning to do with this machine. I hope to try out a few more things tomorrow providing of course I'm feeling a bit better. I don't have time to be sick with a cold right now.
So on that note, it is going for 1am and I'm zonked out! I had a great day teaching my quilting course this morning, and spent this evening working on a crazy patch lap quilt that I plan to donate to work to put up on tickets to raise money for some Christmas hampers for some of our less fortunate tenants. (I work for NL Housing. It is a crown corporation that provides housing and other services to low income families.
Good night for now. I'll post photos soon of my new baby and what it can do!!!

Hey Happy sewer. You are going to love your babylock. :) That is what I had before I switched to Janome. As for the palette that is a great deal, that alone usually goes for around 7 or 8 hundred.

Been way too sick with this cold to do any sewing let alone embroidery today. I can't even use my voice to talk or I'm into fits of coughing.... If I'm like this tomorrow I will be calling in sick at work... My head is POUNDING!

Good Luck with your new baby. The 350E was also my first embroidery machine. Another good embroidery site is www.embroidables.com
They have EXCELLENT customer service with their embroidery downloads. check them out.
Good luck also with the little munchkin.
