Default Information Regarding Keepsake Quilting

Just a quick note to let you know how great I was treated by Vickie at Keepsake Quilting.

Background: Our new postal service delivery person in La Grange, IL, will not deliver packages. She apparently just leaves them at the post office. No slip is left at our door telling us to "pick up" the packages. My Keepsake Quilting order apparently sat at the post office for 2 or 3 weeks (during Christmas season) and then was sent back to Keepsake Quilting.

When I checked with KQ about my order, I was told that it had been returned. Vickie sent my order back to me at my WI address free of charge. Great customer service. I hope that you will consider KQ for your quilting needs in the future. Yolanda Wood River

I've ordered from KQ in the past - always happy with the results. On a side note - can't believe the postal delivery person doesn't deliver packages!

I would be marching right down to the post office and speaking with your local Postmaster. That is just absurd that she refuses to deliver packages.

Kuddos to KQ for reshipping the package for free!!

I often over night packages to my daughter with important information and they are suppose to sign for these packages and they are left in the mail box without a signature even when i have complained it still is done there way.

Hooray for Keepsake Quilting and loud boos for the Postal Service. No wonder the Postal Service is bankrupt. They have forgotten that SERVICE is the last word in their name.

Believe me, it happens. At least twice to me. When I called the company I was told the delivery had been attempted. I called the post office (that was the 2nd time already) and was told it was laying in the return to sender basket. I had NEVER been notified ---not even by one of the little "you've got a package" slips.

even with KQ being under new ownership they still have the same great service. However, your Postal carrier needs a career change! It is illegal for them to NOT deliver packages once they are in their possession!

Ask for E-Mail notification when shipment is going out.
