Thread: Inner border....blue or purple?

purple! sets it off better.

The blue stops the motion, the purple continues it. Both will be beautiful. Is there something you want to match in the room? or is it to be a gift? If so, what colors does that person like? Honestly, you cannot go wrong using either color. Your quilt is just gorgeous!

edited to add: Bargello's are all about movement....I have to vote purple. Keep the movement going.

I'm a purple person as well!

The blue is more striking. The purple blends into the black.

Agreed. So it depends on which look you want.

i like the blue as it seems to brighten bargello

I suppose, in the end, it is all a matter of personal preference. Purple is a color that tends to bring me down, but I love anything turquoisy. So I say the blue.
