    i don't think you could go wrong with either of your choices, but I personally prefer the purple. Fabulous job you've done with this. Congrats!

    Again, thanks for all the votes! I ended up selecting purple. It just "spoke to me" more. After changing my mind over and over, it felt really good to make a decision.

    I think it depends on if you want a purple quilt or a turquoise quilt. Each color makes the quilt it's own.

    I like both, for different reasons.
    The purple somehow seems more an extension of the overall design of the quilt.
    The blue brightens it all up and is more noticeable as a border.
    It all boils down to which one creates the look you like best.
    Not much help! Sorry. . .
