Wow so pretty. Bright and crisp. Those beautiful fabrics really deserved to be used.

That looks fab. I much prefer the uniform look using jelly rolls gives you rather than different widths

What a happy quilt. You've inspired me to go back to string quilts.

Photo is OK. Glad you finally were able to post one. I really like the strips chosen since they are are bright and cheery.

I, too, love the bright cheery colors. Great pattern design for a jelly roll that deserved to be used : ) Love how the white center frames the block too.

That's a beautiful quilt and a great way to use your jelly roll.

String quilts are such a good way for "me" to use up my scraps. I generally cut my paper 8" and then cut my blocks down to 7"....it is more manageable for me. I also cut my strips from 1 1/2" up to 2". Again, for my comfort. Then I put 6 blocks across and 8 blocks down. This way, I can use just one width of fabric for the backing and quilt it myself on a DSM. I sometimes back them with a flannel depending on the time of year. Most I make for charity, but always keep a couple back for the "whatevers".......they are always appreciated and they are such fun to make!
