I'm waiting for my delivery today. I'm getting Koala sewing furniture. It will be the first time in my life that I will not be sewing on a card table, the kitchen table, or a long folding table. Also I recently purchased an Ellisimo by Babylock and a surger. In the past years of sewing it's been machines either given to me, which I've had to have fixed so I could use them, and a little portable machine I bought at a yard sale for $15.oo. This is also my first surger. It's about time, I'm 64 and wish this was possible almost that many years ago. Ask me if I'm excited! And yes I am so grateful.

HOORAY for you! I'm excited for you! And, of course, we'll be looking for pictures here after you get everything set up! Congratulations! ;) ;) ;)

I know how you feel about your Koala furniture. I treated myself to mine with some of my inheritance after looking after my mom & her husband for about 4 years. Its a nice reminder every time I sew. Congratulations! Enjoy

Woohoo! I have Horn furniture - what a difference it will make to have your sewing machine at the right height and recessed. You will really enjoy it.

I have a Koala sewing center too and LOVE it. Though it wasn't fun getting it upstairs!

I'm very happy for you.! I've seen videos of Koala furniture and love the way the drawers close.

Thanks for your wonderful happiness for me. I knew I'd find like mindedness here. I really don't know where else to go that would appreciate my state of mind!
