My niece is going to have a GIRL, finally I can make a quilt in PINK...what size is a good size for a crib ???

It varies by your preference or your pattern. I have patterns that are 36" square and a few that are 36 x 45 & 40 x 52.

Baby quilts are fun to make.

Congratulations. When I make baby quilts, they average around 60" x 60". I love the fact that they can be used for tummytime and the baby will be able to use it for a very long time, in fact right up to preteens or as a couch blankie.
