Can anyone please let me know how to set up a "Jacob's Ladder Quilt"?, I have already made my 12" squares but am not sure on how to connect them.

Dianna, there are many variations, so it is hard to say. I googled Jacob's Ladder Quilt and hit images just to the top of the search words and there are many pic of beautiful quilts. See if your variation is in there. Most are set side by side, some are on point. Let us know a little more so we can help.
