Nanny's dollface

I have spent 4 hours looking for a particular quilt patter - wished I knew the name of the pattern.
The quilt is comprised of 7 panels: one big center panel followed by smaller panels on either side. Last night I came across a free pattern and thought I had printed it out. Come to find out printer ink ran out so no pattern. Top it off, I cleaned out my page history.

I created a mock up on graph paper and determined the fabric requirements ; however, lately my fabric calculations have exceeded actual requirements. this is not necessarily a bad thing sometimes. LOL
does anyone know the name? Thank- you
