I just purchased a used Janome L344 to use to take to classes and on retreats instead of my expensive Babylock. I'm wanting to know how old it is. I haven't been able to find anything out about it on the janome website. It came with a generic replacement janome manual. It's a beginner machine, but I'm hoping someone knows something about it.

All I know about it is that it is a mechanical machine, and people seem to love it.
