    I bought my 8 year old grandaughter a Janome Sew Mini for Christmas so we can quilt together. The machine works like a little power horse, but she is having issues with the 1/4 seam. We tried the tape thing but when she eyed my Bernina with the 1/4 quilting foot she wanted to know if she could have one for her machine. It is a low shank. I have found the 1/4 foot that snaps on but does anyone know where I can get a low shank adapter for a Janome?

    I hope this helps. I've got a Janome Gem that I take to classes. I bought a Babylock 1/4 inch foot and it snapped on just fine and works wonderfully. Janome also makes a 1/4 inch foot, but it is the kind with the blade at the 1/4 inch mark. Oddly, the Babylock foot works best.
