Seems there were 3 ladies who were on a robbing heist at various stores in Florida. The last store (I think it was the last) they robbed was a JoAnn's somewhere in Florida. They took glitter, paints, netting (lots of it),fabrics and other misc items.

Cops finally caught them and turns out they were all gay men dressed in drag and no one would have known they were not women.

As Forest Gumps momma use to say "stupid is as stuipd does".

Guess they wanted to create a new outfit or two to wear. LOL

It did not state what they took from other stores on there rampage but they finally got caught.

Yes this is a real story. It was on CNN a few hours ago. They showed them as women and what they look like in real life once they took the wigs and makeup off them.

Too funny!

I have to admit that, with the prices of fabric these days, I've been tempted...

But all I have to do to restrain myself is to think, "You can't pick your room mate in jail."

Some time ago in San Francisco, CA, there was a famous long running show of men dressed like women..
My DD and her DH saw it, said when these lovely women finished singing and dancing (which they did beautifully) they would take off wigs and shirts, showing partially bald heads, etc.

She said that besides the marvelous show, it did prove to her that there was hope for us both..make up can work wonders!!!!

"RE: can't pick your roomate in jail" they probably don't let you have sharp objects, like scissors and needles and seam rippers, and don't think they'd let you bring your sewing machine and definitely not a rotary cutter!!
