Thread: Joanns - Offline?

Is Joanns website offline to anyone else? I'm so discouraged, I wanted to buy a sewing machine tote for $60 off the normal price.

When I go to their site, it says "it's under construction", you would think they would do "construction" during the night hours, not when people are up and shopping, wouldn't you.

Especially on Black Friday!!! They have online deals only for today, too!

i wonder if their website crashed under the weight of too many visitors.

or if they've been hacked.

surely they wouldn't be stupid enough to take the whole site offline on the second biggest buying day of the whole year. :?

It's down, and now there's a message that cites high volume causing problems. I know what I want to order, and I would call to place the order, but they don't provide a phone #. Does anyone know the phone # for JoAnn???

Thank you MM. I called the number, and asked if I could place an order. The lady said that unfortunately their brand new ordering system was also down! She suggested I call back later. Meanwhile, the online system is still down.

keep trying throughout the day. if you find it's up ... shop FAST!!! before it goes down again. :lol:
