I took a roadtrip after work tonight and managed to buy only the items I needed (wanted) which were on sale for 50% off plus another 10% off the entire order.

No fabric purchased as I am working on the stash. I am not counting the tricot interfacing, fusible fleece and Warm and Natural as fabric.

The Olfa 45mm cutter, machine quilting needles and dye grabber sheet were all half off, as well.

I used my 40% off coupon for a large spool of thread.

Actually had the opportunity to get to a sale on the first day while items were in stock. I spent 42 bucks and saved 49 bucks. Now that I've broken my arm patting myself on my back, I won't be able to sew :(

I love a good sale and am having a blast finally getting to some projects.

Hope everybody has a safe and happy weekend. Happy Fourth to USA citizens. Our hats off to the military and their families!!

Piecefully yours,
Kay Susan

i went yesterday, too! got machine needles and used my coupon on thread, too! i did buy a small piece of fabric for a stethescope cover for my cousin's daughter that just passed her boards. and some fusible web. and a rotary cutter! sounds like we had the same list!

i may have to go back today, though. i didn't think about the color catcher. have been wanting to try that.

I hit Joanns on Sunday, got a mini-iron, quarter inch ruler and about a dozen yards of fabric. Now I have to buy another tote to put my fabric in. :)
