Help finding name of pattern?

On Jan 21 mickey posted a picture requesting the name of the quilt pattern for the quarter fan for the wings and bows to make the butterfly body. Did anyone know where to find the pattern and/or the name of the pattern?
I would love to know the name of the pattern!

Sorry I don't have the information you want, but thought I'd post the link so that others can see it. It sounds to me like Marti Michell has the pattern or templates for it. Have you checked out her site?
