I did a star block for a birthday swap once, took me 4 times before I got the colors in the right spot. the pattern was blue star, with a yellow back ground, the material was blue back ground with a green star. oh,,,,,,, what a headache.

I think what happens to me is I get a brain f*** and that is all she wrote.
I call it oldtimers setting in!!!! hehehehe

It is like the simpler the block the more difficulty time I have making it :roll: :( :shock:

i have a really bad habit of putting blocks together backward. more than once, i've had to take blocks apart two or three times because i get things in the wrong order or facing the wrong direction.
