Question Ironing board recommendations?

I am trying to find a new ironing board. My thought is one that has "T" legs and doesn't have a tray at the end of it as I don't have room for that extra piece.

So ladies--tell me about your ironing board!

Oh--I need a regular sized one, not a mini nor over the door.

Thanks!

I am still using the wooden one I inherited from my mother-in-law and I love it! It is an ironing board, a table at times, and clothes horse. I wouldn't want anything else!

Thoughts? Any that I should stay away from?? Recommendations where to purchase? I've looked at Bed, Bath and Beyond, Walmart, Target, and Lowes.......no luck.

The T leg is the one you don't want. They're wobbly.

Really......the one I have keeps losing the rubber feet so I thought that would help.

How about ones with "u" feet?

I had one of the wider boards like you can get at Walmart. I really liked it but my sewing room was so small I took out that board and put a Big Board on top of a dresser for the storage space.

If you want a really sturdy on, try the Salvation Army or Good will stores--The adjustable boards that were popular in the 60's are solid as a rock --they can be set at different heights. Just a suggestion.

I made my own...it's longer, wider and lays on top of my desk when I need it...and then the rest of the time, it's tucked away off the desk.

I have a very old wood ironing board. I love it. It is very stable and doesn't have that bouncey thing you get with metal ones.
