labeling question

Thanks, all. Yes the quilt is for a shower (next weekend) and I'll have to figure something out. I might even just give her the top and finish it after.
Picked out the background yesterday, I sure could have used some of you at the fabric store! What I had in mind, they didn't have. So I bought something that looks great, in fact, couldn't make up my mind so I bought 2 pieces. I'm sure you all know the exercise... Anyway, it allows me to use something I have at home for the border, making this purchase the only one I had to make to do the quilt. Perhaps not as much fun as buying all the fabric, but much more satisfying. Using my stash is a very good thing!

I've decided to give the quilt un-labeled, however, with an unprinted label, with the understanding she will let me label it when the baby was born, named and all that. They live close to us, so it will not be a problem to anyone. It beats what one of my smart-azzed friends said, "Just include a sharpie with it." Uh-huh.....
