I use my alphabet embroidery mode to sew my info on the label and then use HeatnBond lite or another fusible to fuse it onto the backing fabric and use a decorative stitch on the edges. Then continue from there to sandwich and quilt. Don't want that label to come off.

    warm quilt hugs, sue

well, i take the label and another piece of fabric the same size and sew them right sides together, turn & press, then pin it to the back of the quilt and stipple it on as i stipple the quilt.
