Friends are the most important ingredient in the recipe of life.
Don't really have any ideas for finishing the star, but it is very pretty. Love the pillows!

Nice work! Especially love the pillow with the bird - really cute. For the star, I'd probably add some borders and quilt it. I think it's calling for hand quilting!

I would probably add a narrow border of the dark blue, then wider border of the red. I love all of your pillows. Nice work on them.

Nice work! I agree with Doggramma about adding some borders. The dark color first, if you have it and then go from there. Looks like you're getting ready for Christmas.![]()

If this were me, I'd choose which star within the quilt, that I want to make it go "pop". If you like the dark blue more, then I'd use the dark blue as a border. However, the brown star in the middle, that's the one I would use as border color just so that color stands out more.
I agree with RJ, but I think I would put a small about 2" border of the dark brown on first, then add a blue border of the same size with a red flange between these and bind with a light red or the cream color. AS for how to quit it, I have no idea, I don't have a LA, so I stitch in the ditch or meander on my domestic. Looks very nice.
Looking good but the pillows are Fabulous!

I'd put a dark border on it and then quilt it with a meander. You have sure done some gorgeous work. Thanks for sharing.
