I was just wondering if anyone has ever made one of these, and if so, was it easy? Did you enjoy making it? And, does anyone have pictures of their finished bags.

I am kind of intimidated about making purses. They just do not look that easy. So, before I go out and spend money on a pattern that is too difficult, or make so many mistakes that I waste fabric, (I do not have much of a stash to be able to afford that kind of a mistake) I would appreciate any input.

I have not seen this one, however have made lots of purses, I don't like the patterns with zippers so I change them to suit me. Good luck

    Hi Emmy,

Yes, I have already been to that website. Though it is a brief explanation of the purse, I would still have to make my way through the instructions. Some bags seemmm easy enough, but when you start reading the instructions... ugh, too hard. Oh, and also, I just wanted opinions from the message board.

SewingSuz, I also do not like to mess with purses that have zippers. loll. That is why I figured the little Sassy Bag would be easier to make.

This bag looks pretty simple and if you need help there are several of those on here that can help. I have a lot of faith in you to make it. In the days of home ec class we made these and they were not that hard to do. Just jump in and try it you will surprise yourself!!!

Hey if you decide to make the bag You can PM me and I can help!!

Thanks, Jade! I will wait and see if JoAnn's has the pattern - I have a 50% off coupon I can use. Have to wait for the 10th though...that is when the coupon is good for.

I will add your name to my buddy list so I will not forget if I run into trouble or problems once I get the pattern.

I looked at the website and I think it is fairly easy. Go for it and show us pictures. You can do it.

I have made this bag twice. It was fun.

It came out great both times. The instructions were very well written.
