Thanks everyone! I used the Lil' Twister template that uses 5 inch squares. My quilt is 40 x 46 finished. It was 46 x 56 before cutting the blocks. Here is a photo to show the difference.

Gorgeous! I have my 5" squares all cut out and am going to be starting to sew them together soon. Can't wait to see how it turns out. I'm using yellow and blue fabrics with yellow border. Just a wall hanging to start with but them I might attempt to make a larger one like yours!
