    Little Bits of Fabric

This is a poem I found a while back.... I wanted to share it with yall, and I bet a few of yall have seen it before.... this little poem pretty much decribes all my quilts.... ;-)

    LITTLE BITS OF FABRIC
    Little bits of fabric sewn
    into a quilt
    Form a warm and loving
    blanket
    From which memeories
    are built.
    And when you seek
    peace and comfort
In the quiet of the night
    It will keep you warm
    and snug
    Until the morning's light.

I hadn't either but I really like it & saved it in my "quilting quotes" file. Great quilt, too!

That's beautiful. We just had a neighbor who passed away, unexpectedly. She was young and leaves behind two young boys and a husband. I was trying to think of something to write in a card when I leave three rag quilts that I will make (and leave for them on their porch). No need to know who made them for them, especially in a time like this. That saying with a tweak about their mom/wife will be perfect! Thank you.
    Go forth and sew!
