Well, I can't say I won't buy any more fabric. That wouldn't be true. But, I'll try to work on doing some of the projects I have all ready to start before starting something new. I plan on working on my hand applique Bouquet for a new day. And I'd like to cut up the scraps in my batik bin into 2 1/2" squares, maybe making 12" squares from them. The scrap bin is overflowing.

To retire from my paying job, so I can quilt when ever I want. So many quilts to make, so little time.

Cold turkey worked best for me 30 years ago. Hubs will have 6 years cold turkey in March. When he felt the urge he would grab a large pretzel rod. He rarely does that anymore and just thinks how much money with the cost of healthcare also all around. This is someone who used to spend $330. a month for cigarettes. They cost more now.

I don't make resolutions either - why set myself up for failure on the first day of every new year?

I don't make resolutions but I do like to think of them as goals like someone else on here stated. Its really hard to keep resolutions.
