I've been trying to get into Live Chat for about 1/2 hour and all I get is a blank screen. Anyone else having trouble?

the chat room is sometimes unstable. there's no clear explanation for that. i don't even know whether it's the chat room itself, or if our individual computers are having a cyber-spat with it.

sometimes you can fix it by going in using a different browser, by closing your browser and starting over in a fresh session, or - as already suggested - by restarting your computer. that clears your computer's memory and should make a big difference.

it's just something we weave into our reality. :lol:
