A friend has asked me to finish a quilt top that a family member had made. It is the one big lone star. She has no directions for filling inbetween the stars and how to do the border. I am rather a new quilter. Can anyone help? Margy

I hope this might help.
You'd probably need to start with Step #10--

Good luck and come back here and ask more questions. We have lots of people who'll help you if they can.

Welcome aboard. Usually it's several large squares, large triangles and a border if you need it bigger.

Lone Star? Is your friend a Texan? It's always good to have another Texan on the Quilting Board
