    I have had this fabric before, and I think it is a Hallmark print from the 80's - not exactly a storybook panel with pages, but one that could be used that way.

    Saw this on ebay -"baby quilt top block square cotton fabric + backing piece vintage yards kit lot" - looks similar.

    I think Tartan is right, as the little girls look like Hummel figurines, it's a very pretty quilt.
