HI, I LIVE IN A FARLY SMALL TOWN, BUT CLOSE TO A BIG CITY. AND I AM INTERESTED IN STARTING A QUILTING GROUP. WE HAVE A QUILTING GUILD BUT I WAS WANTING TO START ANOTHER GROUP FOR YOUNGER MIDDLE AGE QUILTERS. ANY IDEAS. I KNOW I WOULD BE QUILTING A LOT MORE IF I HAD PEOPLE TO SEW WITH. :D

A couple of ideas.....most guilds have a newsletter. You can see if they would put in a message for you. Be sure to add specifics such as what time each week you'd like to meet, where, etc.
You can also post the same kind of request at your local library, grocery store.

What kind of ideas are you looking for? I mean as to, How to start one, or what to focus on, or how to set it up? Etc.
