Looking for a blog with redwork pattern for next year Christmas quilt.....

There was a blog that had hand embroidered redwork patterns of words of Christmas like: merry, joy, believe.....
These are hand embroidery and beatiful. I normally look and say how pretty then move on because I do not do hand embroidery BUT my son's girlfriend wants to do a quilt with me for Christmas (2011). I was telling her that I had seen these words in redwork online. And now I can not find them.
Does anyone know whose blog they were on?????

I love to hand embroider. I get a lot of my work from coloring books, with big pictures. I pull the color book page out of the book and trace it. I have done that with many of my quilt tops. A quilt I am working on now has pictures of animals. I used medium blue fabric and that wasn't so easy to trace over, but I got it done. All the embroidery is in black. The squares are beautiful, if I must say so myself. The squares have a turtle, horse head, cow and chickens, and many other animals. I will send picture when I finish piecing the top together.

Many years ago I was doing blackwork with silk thread...I found that a lot of Christmas colouring books or even Christmas cards had simple designs that translated easily. I especially liked the ones with clear "snow" and the black pencil lines filled in only the background. Worked very well for blackwork and I think could do so for redwork as well.
