Looking for bunny pattern

Looking for this bunny wall hanging/ table topper pattern.
Any help appreciated. This old piece came from estate sale several years ago. I would like to make one with new materials . Thanks,

When I am looking for a specific pattern, I do a search on Google and look at all the images. Then left click your mouse and then you can select to go to the site that posted the photo.
