I am looking for a fabric called Sayuri 02 Red. It is an Asian fabric that has a Red background with flying Cranes. I saw one place online sold for $4.35 for a 1/2 yd but I did not bookmark it , now I can't find it!! Right now I can only find it at Kona Bay and of course they only sell to retailers! I need 3yds.

Seems to me my friend who IS a retailer has some of that. I'll check and get back to you.

Edited to add: If she does still have it, I can get it for $5 a yard. Okay or not?

Sorry ya'll. Didn't mean to jump in with a cross post. I see you have it now.

I would still be interested as other postings are about $8 a yard so $5 a yd would be wonderful!

I checked the link quiltilicious put in. Looked like what my friend had, so I sent the pic. She had it, but doesn't have any left. I thought it looked very familiar to me. Sorry!

not necessarily. I have had a problem tracking down several pieces of fabric and I scared until I thought my fingers would fall off. So I went to the manufacturer. I found out that a bolt is always held back for a particular reason and if there is still some left, they will sell it to a regular customer and believe me they don't give it away. I don't know if it's all of them, but I had to go to two for what I was trying to get because it had been flying off the shelves.. So I would suggest that you take a shot. Worse can happen you don't get it, but then again.. sometimes you.
