We went to the Creative Festival here today, and DH bought me a QuiltCut2! He's such a sweetie :) We've gotten it put together, and I can't wait to break it in. I'm hoping it will help me cut more accurately, especially strips since I'm doing a lot of Eleanor Burns patterns right now. I could sure use any tips or tricks!

Here's the website: http://www.quiltcut.com/

I got mine four years ago and use it all the time for cutting multiple strips and squares. You will love it.

I had the original one and just recently upgraded to the 2. I love it. I've had mine about 5 years. It started wearing and the fabric was looking like I was tearing it instead of cutting. I sure like the netural color of the upgrade. Mine was green. I can't imagine cutting without it. The first quilt I ever did I cut on my kitchen counter. Never again. No one will ever regret purchasing this cutter. There are not many things I'm sold on but if I had to I could go door to door with a testimonal about this cutter and one other thing, my Dyson.

I have the original Quick Cut and I love it...
I have only had to replace the cutting mat.
It sure helped me be more accurate in strips, triangles and squares...
some of the best dollars I have invested into my quilting hobby.
I think I bought it in 2002...somewhere in there...

Hmmm. That would have made a nice mother's day gift -- if it's not too pricey ...

But, alas, mother's day has been and gone. But, it's never too late ...
