It looks like a Snails Trail quilt block - but I'm not sure.

I agree with Otis, that it is Snails Trail. But what a unique setting with the color placement forming the frogs.
Your baby is so cute. It looks like it starts out as a snail trail but then the building of the block stops. I colored the snail block to show you how this block can be made.
