I don't know the name, but it would be easy to draft the pattern. A centre square of feature fabric surrounded by sashing, then more sashing done with a main colour alternating with sashing fabric in a rectangle shape, (this could be done with strip sets) and another row of sashing. It looks like three brown squares per side with a centre one. Draw it out on paper and you'll see how easy it is.
