I found her posting - thank you so much for passing that onto me! It is indeed beautiful and it was so much fun to read everyone's comments and just to drool over her expert work. It certainly is a little intimidating, but I'm determined to get one started.

Thanks Kim, I plan to use scraps for the hexagon and a white on white print for petals.
WOW - 864 blocks! I better get cutting - it will be more than a few years before I get one done.

That looks like about a 7" hexagon?? and then petals for the side?? Could this be made on the machine vs hand-pieced? I need a table-runner and this one would be so great!

I love this pattern . It is a very hard one to find I too have searched and searched . I seen one completed at a quilt show a few weeks ago it was my favorite in the whole show!
