Default Looking for Pattern

My sister-in-law took this picture of a quilt she would like to make, but does not know the name of the pattern. I surely don't know. I told her I would see if someone on the board could identify it. Do any of you recognize it? Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Interesting pattern. Don't know the name, but should be pretty easy to duplicate with EQ7 or graph paper. I would assume that the narrower strips & squares are 2.5" strips. here's the block
