Hi!
I am looking for a pattern that I have seen; but can not find and do not remember the name. So bear with me while I try to explain it.
It is like an eight pointed star but just keeps going, or you just keep adding diamond pieces around the first star shape. I hope this makes sense to someone? Help!!!!!!

Would it be Lone Star? Here is a pattern for a strip pieced one.

I am currently taking a class for a Lone Star quilt using a strip-piecing method. For the most part it's pretty easy and straight-forward. Just a few quirks when trying to attach the strips to make the stars..will just take a bit of practice and should be smooth sailing after a few tries.
