My memory is going, I started a T-Block quilt in the mid 80's, I got the pattern out of a Better Homes and Gardens magazine, it had a beautiful white persian cat on it. Due to a fire, I lost the pattern, and blocks that I had completed. What I can remember is that it was a 4 color block, made up of squares and rectangle pieces, all the blocks were made the same, but when you turned the block upside down it made a T design. Also I believe the rows had to be offset for the design to work. I sure hope this is making sense. I sure have been looking for this pattern for a long time, my daughter sure did want that quilt. Maybe someone out there knows of this block.

Have you tried contacting Better Homes and Gardens? They may have reprinted it in one of their "best of" books.

Thanks for the responses, I have contacted BHG, no luck with them so far, I offered $ this time, still waiting. The one i'm looking for has no diagonals, all square. I stayed up half the night playing with pieces of construction paper, trying to get it right. No luck so far. i'll keep trying, this is driving me CRAZZY.

Mimi Shimp has a book "Stolen Moments" that has the T block in it. I have seen it done in black on QNN - Just fabulous
