It has been along time since I have sewn and even longer since I vested this sight, but I would like your help. A year or so ago some one posted a quilt that was based around a school logo. It was in purples. Does this ring a bell for any one. I think the Logo was based on an M or a W. I love the quilt and I think I want to make one for my hubby.

Try doing a search under school quilts or school logo quilts. I forget there is a search button here sometimes.

There is a book out that is called School Spirit. I have forgotten the name of theauthor, however.

Thanks for the suggestions. I do remember they used a technique similar to the balagio (forgive the spelling). I want to say is was whirl or wind something.
