Grandma Libby

I have an Irish Chain quilt which was just quilted on my friend's longarm machine. When I first started it, we quilted four angels sort of in the center of the quilt but the focus block, right in the center of the quilt, needs something appliqued there. I have flowers already embroidered in the same thread as the angels but I have it on an extra block and I need to put it on fusible or something and cut around it so I can use it in that center block. So what is the best way to get that "already embroidered" flower now put on that center block?
